About Ingela
​Hi, I’m Ingela — an identity coach for women who’ve lost their spark and are ready to reconnect with themselves, reclaim their confidence, and create a life that truly lights them up.
For a long time, I lived what looked like a “fine” life on the outside, but on the inside, I felt like I was trapped in a cage of “can’t and shouldn'ts”, I wasn’t miserable — but I wasn’t truly alive either. I had dimmed my light without even realizing it… until something life-changing happened: my divorce. That moment woke me up! It made me realize just how far I had drifted from the woman I used to be. That was the beginning of my transformation — and through deep inner work, mindset shifts, and reconnection, I found my way back to me.
Today, I feel more empowered, beautiful and alive than ever before. And that is why I am so passionate about helping other women feel the same — to reconnect with their radiance, rebuild their confidence, and create lives that feel aligned, beautiful, and full of purpose.​

Gather your girls friends for the ultimate girl's day out with a mini boudoir photo shoot ands creating your own goddess flower crown. My tropical garden space is set up perfectly for an intimate gathering with picnic style seating and plenty of photo opportunities around the garden.
